• 工作内容

  •Manage and oversee all finance and accounting activities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Taxation.
  •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  •Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  •Oversee manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and variance analysis.
  •Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance analysis.
  •Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies.
  •Ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
  •Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  •Lead process improvement initiatives and drive finance transformation projects.
  •Partner closely with operations, supply chain, procurement, and management teams to improve profitability and performance.
  •Manage and develop the finance and accounting team.
