工作内容
- Team Leader R&R All, Follow KPI, Management Report, Monthly Closing
- Provide guidance and solve basic work issues for the MRO/Service team.
- Monitor and support team members to ensure work follows company procedures and standards.
- Follow up on team performance and help improve work efficiency.
- Report work progress and issues to the Procurement GM when required.
资格
任职资格
Education / Major : Graduated bachelor degree in Engineer / Accountant or any related field
Experience : Over 10Years in Procurement in manufacturing or steel industrial
Languages : Required good command both English and Korean
Computer competency : Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), ERP
Other Skills : Leadership, Problem Solving, Communication, KPI Management, Negotiation, Process Improvement英文
