• 工作内容

  - Prepare Material Requirements Planning (MRP) based on the production schedule to ensure sufficient and timely raw material supply.
  - Monitor raw material deliveries and coordinate with the Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production departments to prevent material shortages and excess inventory.
  - Control inventory levels and manage inventory turnover to reduce obsolete stock and waste.
  - Manage raw material issuance, additional material requests, and material returns according to production orders while ensuring consistency with the ERP system.
  - Resolve production-related issues such as material shortages, damaged materials, and material losses, and drive continuous improvement.
  - Conduct periodic inventory counts and analyze discrepancies to improve inventory accuracy.
  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date raw material data in the ERP system.
  - Provide interpretation and translation support within the department.
  - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
