  - Must have a combined total of at least 3+ years of practical experience in dispatching, transport management, or operation management (Dispatcher) at a transport or manufacturing company.
  - Willingness to attend a 1-day (6-hour) DLT training course for experienced professionals and register for the TSM qualification promptly after joining.
  - Basic PC skills (Excel, accounting software, and ERP operational skills are mandatory).

  - Exceptionally diligent and meticulous with data entry, with strong interpersonal coordination skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  - Practical experience working at a transport company specializing in hazardous substances, chemicals, or industrial gases.
  - Deep knowledge of sales accounting practices related to shipping and invoicing at a factory.
  - Preference will be given to candidates who already hold the DLT-certified TSM (Transport Safety Manager) qualification.
