- Controlled and monitored the tin smelting process, from preparing raw materials, melting tin, improving metal quality, to casting the final product.
- Checked product quality to meet company standards. Controlled furnace temperature and other operating conditions.
- Analyzed and solved production problems. Prepared production and metal quality reports.
- Maintained safety while working with molten metal and related equipment.
资格
任职资格
1. Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field. New graduates are welcome.
2. Candidates with degrees in other fields must provide documented experience in manufacturing, production, or process engineering.
3. Knowledge of the tin smelting process or other non-ferrous metal production processes, evidenced by coursework or practical experience.
4. Ability to interpret metallurgical test results and to operate or analyze data from XRF, OES spectrometers, or similar instruments.
5. Willingness to work in shifts and to follow safety and operational protocols when working with molten metal.
