    - Prepare and inspect the printing machine before starting production.
    - Install the gravure cylinder and related printing equipment.
    - Prepare and mix printing ink according to the specified standards.
    - Set up the printing machine, including machine speed, film tension, and printing pressure.
    - Monitor and control print quality during production, including color accuracy, print clarity, and print registration.
    - Inspect and troubleshoot printing issues during production, such as color variation, inconsistent ink coverage, ink smearing, blurred images, and misregistration.
    - Record production data and prepare operation reports.
    - Perform routine maintenance and clean the printing machine after production.
    - Comply with quality, safety, and hygiene requirements, including food packaging safety standards.

资格

  • 任职资格

    Requirements:
    - Documented experience operating gravure printing machines, including setup, cylinder installation, operation, and control of printing machines; verifiable by work samples, production records, or supervisor references.
    - Documented experience working with packaging films (PET, OPP/BOPP, CPP, PE, Nylon); verifiable by production records or work examples.
    - Documented knowledge of solvent-based printing inks and solvents, and the ability to prepare and mix printing ink according to specified standards; verifiable by documented procedures, test results, or supervisor confirmation.
    - Documented experience in print quality control, including color matching, ink density, print registration, and the ability to inspect and troubleshoot printing defects; verifiable by quality control records or examples.
    - Demonstrable ability to read and follow Production Orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and to apply machine safety and safe chemical handling procedures; verifiable by training records or documented adherence.

    Advantages:
    - Prior gravure printing experience in the food packaging or flexible packaging industry, verifiable by employment records or references.
