  Job Summary:
  The Logistics Manager will lead and oversee all logistics operations at the Saraburi Factory, including warehouse management, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and transportation. This role is responsible for optimizing supply chain efficiency, ensuring timely deliveries, managing logistics personnel, and maintaining strict safety and quality standards.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Manage and optimize day-to-day logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations at the manufacturing plant.
  - Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy, minimizing waste, and maintaining optimal stock levels for production and distribution.
  - Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales departments to streamline the supply chain workflow.
  - Manage shipping, transportation, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery to customers and distributors.
  - Lead, mentor, and evaluate the factory's logistics and warehouse team.
  - Monitor logistics costs and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality or safety.
  - Ensure all warehouse and logistics operations comply with safety regulations, company standards, and local laws.
