• 工作内容

  - Lead end-to-end IT project management, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery.
  - Develop project charters, define project scope, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation (TOR/RFP).
  - Manage software/vendor selection processes, including proposal evaluation, procurement activities, contract review, and vendor management.
  - Coordinate cross-functional project teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget.
  - Monitor project progress, manage changes, and proactively resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  - Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining comprehensive risk registers and action plans.
  - Facilitate project meetings, prepare project documentation, and present project status updates to senior management.
  - Track project performance, evaluate outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements to project management processes.
  - Drive adoption of project management best practices and leverage new technologies to improve project delivery efficiency.
