工作内容
- Oversee and maintain the company's internal information technology (IT) systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
- Support and improve the company's information systems and technology to ensure efficient operations and maximize business effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide technical support to users when required.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and continuous improvement of the company's IT systems.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in IT within manufacturing.
- At least part of the 5+ years' experience administering Microsoft Server versions (Windows Server 2008/2008 R2/2012/2016/2019 or newer).
- At least part of the 5+ years' experience supporting hardware, software, and networking (LAN, WAN), including troubleshooting of PCs, notebooks, and printers.
- Experience supporting Microsoft Windows client operating systems (XP, 7, 8/8.1, 11) and Microsoft Office (2003, 2007, 2010, 2013 or newer).英文
