工作内容
- Handle customer complaints and quality-related inquiries from customers
- Prepare customer report materials (Thai)
- Investigate root causes of complaints and implement countermeasures in coordination with department personnel
- Support customer process audits and prepare for process audits
- Implement improvements for issues identified, working with department personnel
- Support in-process inspections
- Support process managers (supervisors, foremen)
- Other tasks as assigned
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Over 3 years of experience in QA/QC fields, including handling customer complaints
- Basic understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control)
【Advantage】
- Experience in OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) operations and team management
- Experience in dimensional measurement using measuring equipment
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements英文
