  Inbound (IB)
  • Control inbound IBC movements and ensure timely receiving/unloading
  • Verify quantity/condition and coordinate with LSPs for smooth scheduling
  
  Inventory & Scanning
  • Ensure accurate scanning/tracking in system (e.g., SAP)
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, reconcile gaps, and conduct cycle counts
  
  Production (Washing & Repair)
  • Oversee washing/repair to meet quality standards
  • Monitor productivity, optimize manpower, and coordinate with
  QA/Maintenance
  
  Outbound (OB) & Delivery
  • Plan and control shipments; ensure on-time delivery
  • Manage loading, documentation, and coordinate transportation with LSPs
  
  LSP (3PL) Management
  • Evaluate LSP performance and ensure KPI/SLA compliance
  • Resolve issues and optimize cost and service efficiency
  
  Safety, Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure EHS compliance and promote safety culture
  • Maintain housekeeping and support quality improvements
  
  People Management
  • Plan manpower, lead, coach, and develop the team
  • Conduct performance reviews and training
  
  Cost & Continuous Improvement
  • Control operational costs and identify savings
  • Drive Lean/Kaizen initiatives and process improvements
  
  Planning & Performance
  • Develop plans to meet targets and monitor KPIs
  • Report performance and support budgeting/resource planning
