工作内容
- Travel to customer sites to install and repair laser products.
- Provide training and technical support to customers.
- Report discrepancies, unresolved, or recurrent problems to headquarters.
- Understand technical documentation, schematics, and blueprints, and utilize them in field support.
- Provide regular feedback to R&D, Engineering, and Production departments.
- Accurately identify system problems from field information and consolidate this information.
- Report these problems to the appropriate teams.
- Assist other Field Service Engineers as directed.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree or technical background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance of industrial machinery or electrical equipment
- Experience with optical and electrical test methods in support of active fiber devices such as fiber amplifiers and lasers
- Intermediate English
- Holding a driver license
【Advantage】
- Ability to strip, cleave, and splice optical fibers
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics
- Language skills in Chinese or Japanese英文
