• 工作内容

  - Implement company policies and objectives to ensure effective operations and continuous improvement in quality management systems in compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  - Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to achieve business targets and ensure smooth operations.
  - Manage customer information related to delivery schedules, order intake, production planning, raw material purchasing, and supplier delivery, including incoming material inspection.
  - Control and ensure on-time and accurate product delivery to customers.
  - Manage transportation operations, including cost control, service quality, and safety standards.
  - Establish and control packing standards for internal use, customer requirements, and suppliers, including packaging usage control.
  - Set work standards, monitor performance, and follow up on departmental operations.
  - Develop and manage the department’s Business Plan (S, E, Q, C, D, M).
  - Lead process improvements, problem-solving activities, and implement preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
  - Control raw material availability to ensure sufficient supply for production with clear monitoring systems.
  - Prepare and manage the department budget plan, control costs, and maximize delivery efficiency without additional expenses.
  - Define storage areas and manage inventory (raw materials and finished goods) to meet company expectations and maintain product quality.
  - Supervise and control subordinates to ensure compliance with company standards.
  - Monitor and follow up on assigned tasks from management.
  - Provide training and development to enhance subordinates’ skills and capabilities.
  - Evaluate knowledge and competency of subordinates.
  - Perform other duties as assigned and support company activities.
