  - Develop and control production plans and schedules for body stamping processes to ensure on-time delivery and efficient operations.
  - Plan and manage material requirements (steel sheets, coils, components) based on production forecasts and customer demand.
  - Coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow.
  - Monitor production performance, capacity, and machine utilization; adjust plans to meet targets and minimize downtime.
  - Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production data to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or shortages.
  - Ensure effective use of stamping machines, dies, and manpower to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  - Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve planning accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  - Manage KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, production efficiency, and material availability.
  - Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure machine readiness and support new model launches or changes.
  - Supervise and develop the planning team to improve performance and ensure alignment with company goals.
  - Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
