• 工作内容

  - Review tax invoices for cash sales, consignment sales, and credit sales using Win Speed system
  - Verify accounting journals: purchases, credit sales, cash sales, consignment, payments, general journals, petty cash
  - Prepare and submit withholding tax (PND.3, PND.53) and VAT reports (PP.30)
  - Perform bank reconciliation
  - Prepare payment approval documents, balance sheet, P&L, and monthly budget
  - Calculate product costing and manage inventory valuation
  - Record asset depreciation
  - Coordinate AR billing and collection process
  - Prepare import payment documents and manage overseas supplier payments
  - Handle import tax documentation, customs clearance, and tax planning
  - Manage accounting for modern trade operations (billing cycle, credit terms, compliance, reporting standards)
  - Prepare official documents and approval letters for management
