【業務内容】
・鋳造3拠点における技術業務および標準化推進
・品質保証部門と連携した客先対応の技術サポート
・顧客（日系企業）との技術折衝および改善対応
・工程設計・設備設計業務の管理・改善
・他工場を含む技術部門との調整・コミュニケーション
・問題解析（FMEA、8D、なぜなぜ分析、工程能力など）の主導

任职资格
【必須条件】
・製造業で生産技術、品質保証、品質管理、セールスエンジニアなどの経験をお持ちの方
・鋳造の実務経験（鋳造／押し出し成型、金型設計に関する知識がある）
・英語日常会話
【歓迎条件】
・客先対応の実務経験
・図面読解、QC七つ道具、FMEA、MSA、8Dレポート等の品質手法に関する知識
・タイ語でのコミュニケーション能力英文
