• Technical meetings with customers for new product orders and internal dissemination of requirements specifications
• Collaboration and technical support with resin molding suppliers for new product development
• On-site supervision at resin molding manufacturers and determination of molding conditions
• Analyzing causes of molding defects and defects originating from molding, and requesting improvements from manufacturers
• Verifying mold specifications provided by customers, disseminating them internally, and coordinating with mold manufacturers

• Managing progress toward departmental KPIs
• Managing the progress of new product projects and overseeing team members' tasks
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Driver's license
- English: Conversational level
- At least 5 years of experience in resin molding(injection) or mold-related operations
- Understanding of resin molding mechanisms and determining molding conditions
【Advantage】
- Management or team leadership experience
- Knowledge of surface treatments such as plating and painting英文
