[Responsibilities]
- Assist the Manager in ensuring all production activities run smoothly.
- Plan and organize workloads to maintain a smooth workflow with other departments.
- Collaborate with the Manager to optimize productivity and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Ensure the production process is efficient and meets customer requirements.
- Coach supervisors on production management and problem-solving.
- Monitor quality standards.
- Analyze problems to identify root causes and develop guidelines and solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Reduce and prevent downtime.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of production staff, quality inspectors, and workers.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth operations.
- Other tasks as assigned
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- JLPT N2 or above.
- Production experience at a Japanese manufacturing company in roles such as Supervisor (SV), Assistant Manager, or Manager.
- Demonstrable knowledge of QA/QC.英文
