  Financial Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide monthly performance analysis comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages for global function leaders with key insights and commentary
  • Monitor major variances and investigate root causes of over/underspend
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested to support management decision-making
  • Support additional reporting requests as required
  
  Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Coordinate the budget and forecast process for all global enabling functions
  • Develop and maintain budgeting templates, tools, and guidance (approx. 30 templates)
  • Consolidate and validate financial submissions from global functional teams and upload into FCCS
  • Ensure timely consolidation and alignment with overall corporate planning timelines
  • Provide advice to function owners on financial planning best practices and key cost drivers
  
  Business Partnering:
  • Act as a finance business partner to functional leads (e.g., HR, Legal, IT, etc.)
  • Help them understand their spending trends, financial risks, and opportunities
  • Identify areas for cost optimization or efficiency improvements
  • Provide clear explanations of financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Set up and facilitate monthly review meetings with key global functions to review financial performance and forecasts
  
  System and Process Improvements:
  • Maintain strong data integrity in FCCS and other financial tools
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline reporting and analysis
  • Support implementation of new tools or dashboards, if applicable
