  -Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
  -Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
  -Monitor and maintain chiller systems, air compressors, and other key facilities.
  -Support the design and installation of new equipment or systems.
  -Lead and develop maintenance team.
  -Improve work processes and promote workplace safety.
  -Maintain clean and safe work environment.
  -Support energy management and occupational health & safety systems.
  -Ensure compliance with safety, ISO (9001, 14001,, 50001), and GMP standards.
  -Other tasks as assigned.
