工作内容

- Design and develop efficient packaging for automotive parts (metal, plastic, electronic, etc.) ensuring product protection during transit, storage, and handling- Evaluate and select appropriate materials based on product type, weight, and regulatory requirements- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize packaging for cost, space utilization, and ease of use- Create and maintain packaging documentation including specifications, CAD drawings, and test reports- Conduct packaging validation and testing (vibration, drop, compression, environmental) as per automotive standards- Support packaging development for new product introductions (NPIs) and engineering changes- Lead packaging trials and implement corrective actions for damage reduction- Ensure compliance with global packaging regulations, sustainability initiatives, and customer-specific requirements- Analyze supply chain and logistics data to drive improvements in packaging performance- Manage returnable packaging systems (e.g., racks, bins) and track container usage- Interface with OEMs or Tier-1 customers on packaging approvals and requirements
