About Company:
The company is a leading manufacturer specializing in fuel pumps, fuel pump modules, throttle bodies, EGR valves, intake manifolds, PCV valves, crankcases, and more.
Responsibilities:
‐ Oversee and control the production department to ensure operations
- Lead and develop the production team to understand and align with the company's strategic direction
- Develop and implement production plans and tergets that are consistent with the company's goals, including quality
- Production costs and delivery times
- Monitor and control production costs and ensure financial efficiency while maintaining high quality standards
- Resolve production problems,provide necessary internal and external support, and determine solutions
- Control operations in accordance with the environmental policy(ISO14001),quality policy(IATF16949)
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Bachelor degree's in any fields
- Having production experience 3-5 years in automotive industries
- Good command of English
- Able to shift work (2 shift (Day & Night) and shift schedule will be changed every 2 weeks)
【Advantage】
- Experienced in supervising the assembly and acembly process of functional engine parts
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001,IAFT16949 systems
‐ Working experience in Japanese company
- Computer skill (Work,Excel, Powerpoint,Outlook)英文
