• 工作内容

  1. Ensure ongoing maintenance and monitoring of networks, servers, and storage in line with IT security standards, service management, and business needs to ensure seamless operations and constant availability
  2. Efficiently handle incident, request, and change management within company systems and services
  3. Strategically manage local vendors and plan for the continuation of maintenance agreements for hardware and software
  4. Oversee the annual IT budget, manage IT purchases effectively, and contribute to the development of the yearly IT plan
  5. Manage and control services/systems of the parent company, including setting up IT devices
  6. Perform assigned tasks from the IT Manager and Director and collaborate globally to address network system issues and IT-related concerns
  7. Provide IT support to MCG Group companies in Thailand, covering PCs, smartphones, networks,
  printers, and conducting IT security training for new members, etc.
  8. Engage in company-wide IT and cybersecurity activities, aligning with organizational goals
  9. Contribute with IT expertise to enhance technology and security measures
  10.Collaborate with MCG IT teams to integrate IT solutions and cybersecurity protocols efficiently
