  - Responsible for supporting store operation routine, new project and initiative
  launched also looking for other opportunities for this company’s to achieve.
  - Ensure smooth functioning of all outlets and production facilities to meet customer
  demands.
  - Key leading to support Operation leader team to implement projects and/or handle
  operation issue to ease store operation in elevate store routine, service level and
  deliver sales & profit.
  - Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs,
  and improve profitability.
  - Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to introduce new products and improve
  existing ones.
  - Forecast and plan for peak seasons and special events to ensure seamless
  operations. Strategic thinking on operation strategies to implement initiative,
  operation standard.
  - Coordinate with related party to work on potential projects and define project scope,
  goals, and deliverables in scope of this company to support sale performance and
  streamline operation process.
  - Stay updated on market trends to keep the business competitive.
  - Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and
  company policies.
  - Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and ensure consistent delivery of
  exceptional service and products.
  - Implement improvements based on customer insights to drive loyalty and repeat
  business.
