• 工作内容

  1. Drawing reading/understanding and able to release initial tooling concept.
  2. Operate machines for prototype and production parts.
  3. Tooling adjustment and basic repair.
  4. Machine/Tooling daily check and analysis for the potential list will be happen.
  5. Daily production follows up report and generate for raw materials consumed on ABAS system
  6. Carry out production start-up test for automatic control equipment or equipment approved by testing department.
  7. Ensure the production of automatic control equipment in full compliance with control requirements.
  8. Ensure the identification and traceability of manufactured products (order number, container label, daily records, etc.)
  9. Ensure that operators fully understand their positions and follow FSQP document.
  10. Preventive or curative action is taken to ensure continuity of the process in quality, cost and lead time.
  11. Ensure that maintenance measures are carried out in an orderly manner.
  12. To ensure that the production equipment is clean, the environment is clean, to ensure that the tools are in the best condition.
  13. Responsible for informing the responsible person of any unusual, safety hazards or quality problems in the production
  method (provide all necessary documents and methods to explain the correct operating procedures and instructions for the position)
  14. Responsible for implementing new tools and raw materials and perform test before mass production.
  15. Participate in the Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) for the project development.
  16. Once the documentation is finalized and control specifications are defined, he must debug the machine he is responsible for to ensure product quality.
