- To coordinate with the production in the evaluation of new product start up involving First Articles activities, lead in sample run process.- Verify new product specifications and work with customers on manufacturability requirements.- Coordinates the improvement of workstation and production line layouts, safety, efficiency and reliability of equipment, space utilization and methods through interactive participation with operators, technicians and engineers.- Identifies, recommends and implements manufacturing process, alternative manufacturing techniques, equipment, material handling and storage techniques for efficient material flow through manufacturing. Identifies, recommends and implements improvements tomanufacturing work identification, process documentation and results reporting methods.- Solve product issues with emphasis on optimizing functionality and quality within the applicable cost and schedule constraints.- To fabricate and test run of production molds and jigs/fixtures before handover to production for mass production.- To ensure meeting engineering KPI, include material yield, cost saving, product costing- Projects future space and equipment requirements based upon business plans and forecasts. Support Sales team on the quotation generation.- Analyze product specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new production processes, estimate time requirements for each step, and prepares necessary operation sheets.- To support and comply with the Brady Corporation Global Policies, Brady Policy, Quality Policy, Environmental Policy, Safety & Health Policy and other organization policies that are relevant to job functions. To responsible, accountable and committed to fulfil the codesand statements prescribed in the policies.
