  To gather information on the PJ sales progress, the price, the strategies, and the market situations by not only participating in relevant meetings with the business partner but also conducting market surveys, based on support from supervisors. And to check the sales and marketing activities are being carried out appropriately to ensure sales progress without delay and to keep a certain profit level.
  
  - New project promotion management : Create product concepts and persona proposals based on data gathered from market and competitor research.
  - Creating and execution of advertising strategy from sales start to sold out : For housing and condominium(Online and Offline)
  - Budget and schedule management：Proposing methods to maximize outcomes with limited resources and time.
  - Updating the new marketing trend and market situation : Always seek out new business opportunities and create new challenges for the company.
  - Managing marketing agencies and suppliers : In any situation, use your strong communication abilities to seek cooperation from outside entities
  - Other tasks as assigned by the Manager
