工作内容
【Responsibilities】
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and maintain proper internal controls.
- Oversee AP/AR/GL processes and supervise a team of 3 staff (1 AP, 2 AR).
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and government agencies.
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Implement process improvements and establish efficient workflows.
- Prepare and review all tax filings, VAT, and social security reports.
- Support parent company’s compliance with listing requirements in Japan.
- Participate in the transition to a new accounting system (planned for June 2025).
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting roles; prior management experience is a plus
- Experience in monthly and yearly closing as leader
- CPD license is needed
- Good command of English (Business Level)
- Have a venture spirit and a willingness to grow with the company
