工作内容
- Analyze and identify root causes affecting the production process.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to drive process efficiency and improvements.
- Maintain process parameters to ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Monitor and improve machine and process efficiency.
- Prepare process documentation, performance reports, and operating instructions.
- Support trial runs and validation for new product introduction.
- Prepare and update work instructions, control plans, and PFMEA documents.
- Analyze and track production performance data to improve efficiency.
- Support internal and external audits related to process and quality standards.
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned standards.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or process improvement.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Leadership ability and experience in team coordination.
- Positive attitude, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.英文
