- Build brand identity and awareness through development of brand communication and distribution strategy across portfolio, marketing campaign, and marketing activities nationwide and cross markets.- Lead and develop marketing strategy and marketing plan according to the company concept to ensure targets are delivered within the set Marketing budgets.- Strategize and execute communication plans across all sales channels (Modern Trade, Retail, E-commerce, Key Accounts).- Design and oversee promotional campaigns to drive sales across different channels.- Lead and manage the branding team to achieve departmental goals effectively.- Monitor campaign outcomes, analyze performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for strategic adjustments.- Utilize online analytics tools such as Social Voice, ChatGPT, Google Analytics, and other relevant platforms to derive insights.- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including Modern Trade, Retail Chains, and E-commerce platforms, to ensure seamless execution of branding strategies.
