• Record and maintain daily accounting transactions, including income and expenses, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting documents• Review, verify, and record Accounts Payable (AP) transactions• Maintain fixed asset registers and calculate depreciation in accordance with applicable accounting standards• Calculate product costs and effectively manage inventory and stock control• Review disbursement documents, record transactions, and prepare payments for operational and administrative expenses• Process and submit social security contributions and related statutory filings in compliance with legal requirements and deadlines• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory filings, including but not limited to:- Withholding Tax (PND 1, 2, 3, 53, 54)- Corporate Income Tax (PND 50, 51)- Value Added Tax (PP.30, PP.36)- Signboard tax and excise tax• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing in accordance with accounting standards• Review and reconcile accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for submission to external auditors• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, government authorities, and relevant internal departments• Submit financial statements and statutory reports through the DBD e-Filing system• Perform other duties as assigned by management
