[Job Summary]- Support the implementation, customization, and operation of SAP Financial modules (e.g. FI/F1)- Analyze client business processes and translate accounting and financial requirements into system specifications- Participate in requirements definition, system design, configuration, and testing for SAP financial systems- Provide user support and troubleshooting related to financial modules after system go-live- Collaborate with consultants, developers, and project members to ensure smooth system integration- Prepare and maintain system documentation, manuals, and operation guides- Conduct user training and provide explanations on SAP financial functions- Support data migration, validation, and system upgrades related to financial modules- Communicate with Japanese and overseas stakeholders in English (and Japanese if applicable)- Task as needed

When issues arise, the candidate should consult with a supervisor promptly and propose alternative solutions to resolve the problem.- Arrange meetings with customers, including supervisors when appropriate, and provide timely and accurate reports on customer interactions.- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including balance sheets (BS), profit & loss statements (PL), and cash flow statements.
