  • Manage and oversee the overall plant operations to achieve targets in Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Productivity (QCDSP).
  • Develop the plant’s strategy, operational plans, and direction in alignment with the company’s business objectives, including improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting sustainable profitability.
  • Manage and oversee key plant functions, including Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and related support functions, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
  • Monitor, analyze, and manage plant performance through Plant KPIs, Budget, Manufacturing Cost, Productivity, Yield, Scrap, Downtime, and Customer Performance, while establishing and monitoring improvement plans.
  • Manage manpower, organizational structure, and the development of managers and supervisors within the plant to build team capabilities and support long-term organizational growth.
  • Drive and establish a culture of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Operational Excellence, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and enhance operational standards.
  • Oversee quality systems and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee Safety, Environment, and Compliance to ensure plant operations comply with applicable laws, standards, and company policies.
  • Manage and follow up on critical issues related to Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Customer Complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure rapid and sustainable corrective actions.
  • Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners to build confidence, respond to customer requirements, and support long-term business cooperation.
  • Support preparation for New Projects, New Models, Capacity Expansion, and New Processes, including investments in machinery, technology, and manufacturing process improvements.
  • Prepare and present plant performance, key issues, risks, and improvement plans to senior management.
