  1. Receive and review regular sales orders and replenishment requests; conduct assessment, analysis, and data organization.
  2. Receive urgent sales orders, arrange production schedule adjustments, and summarize the resulting cost losses.
  3. Assist the General Manager in preparing the annual production plan.
  4. Monitor production plan execution, assist in resolving issues, and report abnormalities to the General Manager.
  5. Collect, organize, and analyze annual, monthly, and weekly production data and report the results to the General Manager.
  6. Receive development and trial production plans and arrange necessary production schedule adjustments.
  7. Monitor the reasonableness and feasibility of production plans prepared by each department and provide improvement recommendations.
  8. Coordinate production schedules and resolve production planning and execution issues among various workshops.
  9. Be responsible for issuing all orders to the Order Follow-up Department, tracking order execution, maintaining relevant records, and managing daily operations.
  10. Communicate and coordinate with the Production Department to determine and confirm order delivery dates.
  11. Be responsible for providing and tracking sales, production, and inventory data.
  12. Timely summarize and consolidate order and shipment data and submit the information to the relevant General Manager for approval.
  13. Be responsible for submitting financial data and ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of business-related documents and data.
  14. Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager
