  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 0–5 years of experience in mechanical design for industrial machinery, automation, or production equipment
  • Own Vehicle with activated driving license & good driving skill
  • Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (3D modeling, assemblies, detailed drawings)
  • Experience in designing food-processing or packaging machinery is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of materials selection, surface treatment, and hygienic design (food-grade design) is preferred
  • Ability to create manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and support fabrication and assembly
  • Hands-on mindset with ability to support prototype building, testing, and improvement
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an R&D environment
  • Basic communication skills in English (technical reading and documentation)
  
  • Solid understanding of:
  - Machine design principles
  - Mechanisms, kinematics, and tolerances
  - Pneumatic and basic hydraulic systems
  
  • Experience working closely with:
  - Electrical engineers
  - Software engineers
  - Production and fabrication teams
