  1. Develop Sourcing, Material planning, Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse Strategies: Create and execute flow of system and document strategies that align with the company’s objectives and project needs.
  2. External party Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, 3rd party service provider and affiliate companies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and service.
  3. Negotiation: Manage contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and 3rd party to achieve the best possible outcomes for the company.
  4. Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and conditions to make informed spending decisions.
  5. Safety management: Ensure compliance with safety standards by promote a culture of safety among all Supply chain personnel and Service provider.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all standard work procedure meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  7. Cost Management: Manage and control costs to stay within budget while maintaining quality and seek opportunities for cost reduction on both tangible and intangible benefits.
  8. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external parties to understand and meet their expectation.
  10. Compliance: Ensure all standard work and activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, logistics regulatory (Privilege, FTA, Tariff, etc.) and customer requirement.
  11. Key performance Indicator: Regular monitoring and effort to achieve result per company’s goal and drive as change agent the development/optimization of the end-to-end process with LEAN concept.
  12. People Management and development: Manage and develop employees for team success by provide assistance, consultation, resolution and technical support on both functional and behavior skills.
  13. Documentation: Maintain accurate document of work standard process/procedure and align with company compliance and EHS.
