    -Plan, organize, and control daily production activities to meet output targets
    -Monitor production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency
    -Implement and maintain quality control systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
    -Coordinate with Quality Assurance team on quality improvements
    -Manage workforce planning including manpower requirements and shift scheduling
    -Track and analyze production KPIs (OEE, cycle time, scrap rate, etc.)
    -Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)
    -Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and finished goods inventory

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing
    - 8+ years in automotive manufacturing or production environment
    - 3-5+ years in production management or supervisory roles
    - Experience with automotive tier 1 or OEM manufacturing
    - Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes (Laser cutting, Bending, welding, assembly,
    painting (Poder coating or EDP) , machining)
    - Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma methodologies
    - Understanding of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards
    - Familiar with production planning systems (ERP, MES)

    - Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
