  Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Manage end-to-end HVAC project execution for industrial, commercial, and retail clients—from planning to commissioning and handover.
  • Lead and supervise the project engineering team to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
  • Coordinate closely with the sales team during pre-sales and handover phases to ensure smooth transition and alignment of project scope.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to manage project expectations and resolve technical or site issues.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, BOQ, and specifications to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.
  • Oversee site activities, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Control project schedule, budget, and manpower planning to meet delivery milestones and profitability targets.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
