    To govern and control marketing strategy and planning, strategic sourcing, product management and branding, as well as food solutioning to be aligned with organization’s strategic direction and be able to achieve target revenue, profit, and market share of products under responsibility.

    • To govern and control marketing strategy and planning, strategic sourcing, product management and branding, as well as food solutioning to be aligned with organization’s strategic direction and be able to achieve target revenue, profit, and with code of conducts of organization, laws, and regulations of food ingredient, frozen and gourmet products under responsibility.
    • Oversee the management of Strategic Sourcing to strengthen core business and leverage supplier relationships in sourcing new products to expand opportunities, serve customers’ need and enhance competitive edge of the company
    • Perform product management activities such as marketing, branding and pricing strategy, new product development, demand/supply planning as well as inventory management to ensure expansion of customer base and synchronization across all brands of Food ingredient, frozen and gourmet products to align with sales objectives.
    • Perform analyses regarding customer needs and requirements, increasing loyalty, penetrating new markets, compliance with customers’ demands in the market for responsible Product brand to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, in order to ensure timely response to customer needs, competitors’ move and maximize revenues under cost constraints
    • Budgeting and control marketing activities, budgets spending and cooperate with sales team to increase customer loyalty, penetrate new market, create new demand and enhance competitive advantage across all brands of Food ingredient, frozen and gourmet products in order to maximize revenues under cost constraints.
    • Provide strategic direction for the management of Food Innovation to drive development and refinement of new and existing products that are aligned with current and future customer needs and trends
    • Other tasks by VP – Sale & Marketing (B2B) or higher

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    【Must】
    • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
    • Special Exclusive Management Course is a plus.
    • Proven work experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Division Manager, Marketing Director or other senior role.
    • 10+ years sales & marketing experience in food business is a plus.
    • Strategic direction, with ability to make difficult decisions.
    • Knowledge in marketing and importing products in food ingredients, frozen and gourmet products
    • Understand business for all channels (Industrial, Traditional trade, Horeca, Modern trade and dealer)
