    - Set up and manage a new department, including staffing responsibilities
    - Recruit the first members with collaboration from Thai and Tokyo teams
    - Work with Tokyo and Thai teams to develop operational procedures, manuals, and training for staff (especially new hires).
    - Manage team performance: Execute tasks, manage workflow, evaluate, and improve team performance
    - Transfer operations to Thailand: Initially, Tokyo will transfer web survey programming tasks. Later, the manager will oversee transferring full management of web surveys to Thailand
    - Establish task procedures and training for team members
    - Manage teams and projects effectively
    - Report progress to the Managing Director in Thailand and the Tokyo localization team
    - Develop web survey systems

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    [Must]
    - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
    - English business level
    - Over 10 years of team and project management experience as a Manager or Senior Supervisor in IT BPO companies/ System development companies
    - Advanced skills with software (Office suites etc.), digital tools/equipment, and programming skills (no specific language required)

    [Advantage]
    - Experience in deploying IT BPO tasks to in-house teams (internal localization) as a lead
    - Adaptability and flexibility in working with multinational teams and foreign (Japan) headquarters
