HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals and operational needs.

- Oversee the HR lifecycle for a large manufacturing workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.

- Address employee relations and ensure smooth communication and issue resolution across all levels.
Administrative Management:
- Manage overall administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of administrative services, such as fleet management, utilities, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee security, workplace safety protocols, and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Promote employee engagement through programs that foster collaboration, inclusivity, and high morale.
- Lead initiatives to enhance workplace safety and ensure a positive working environment across all sites.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and company policies, including workforce-related regulations.
- Regularly update HR and administrative policies to reflect evolving business needs and best practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Develop and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
- Conduct benchmarking to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
HR & Admin Operations & Analytics:
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, employee data, and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor administrative budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Use HR and administrative analytics to support decision-making and provide insights into workforce and operational trends.

คุณสมบัติ
【Must】
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale workforces and administrative operations.
- Strong understanding of Thai labour laws, HR best practices, and administrative management.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire large teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in Thai and English.
