  JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
  - Establishes and monitors all the department actions in order to achieve the objectives of efficiency, quality and
  productivity.
  - Implements new processes, procedures, equipment and tools following the strategies defined by Engineering, Maintenance and Quality.
  - Installs lines for production, assuring process, equipment, health and safety, according to the project schedule.
  - Leads and coordinates with Quality Assurance for customer audits in the plant.
  - Product and process management.
  - Implementations maintenance procedures and programs to ensure excellent conditions and maximum utilization of all machinery and equipment.
  - Provides proper and well-coordinated training and projects to the team members as well as for people development.
  - Supports the overall Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) programs of the plant and being committed fully to the goals and objectives of 5S and other programs.
  - Drives the master plan deployment process to the ensures its effectiveness.
  - Summarize production monthly report to management.
  - Other assignments by plant operation general managers.
  - To enhancing save energy management(issue CSR-III-5 Environment of 3R
  - Promote environment protection activities (Issue CSR-3 water,soil, air )
