  Job Overview: Consulting, Implementation and AMS for ERP/IoT/DX area mainly manufacturing Japanese and other companies located in Thailand.
  
  Responsibilities
  • Lead and provide comprehensive solutions to the customers from consulting to system construction and development, operation follow-up and maintenance with much knowledge about manufacturing business and IT.
  • Involve bidding and pre-sales activities together with sales team.
  • Meet customers who are mainly manufacturing companies together with Sales team to understand their requirements and lead/provide solutions and suggestions.
  • Support sales team on proposals and pitches for presenting to the potential customers.
  • Ensuring the product can be delivered to the customers according to their expectation.
  • Responsible for the further implementation as project manager, lead and create business requirement/design documents, collaborating with development partner to lead development and testing development of the interfaces and collaboration between the Sales departments and System Engineering department.
  • Responsible for much high level of QCD of the system engineering process.
  • Work towards providing the linkage of ERP and Digital Solution.
  • Manage and coach the current team members to be able to deliver high-quality solutions to meet customer’s expectations.
