- Preliminary review of customer order T&C and sales agreement. Coordinate with Company contract team and the customer to smoothen the approval of contract and ensure compliance with International Trade Compliance
- Preparation of weekly backlog report for SEA, monthly management report and other ad hoc requirement
- Coordinating customer care process from order entry to ship to customer. Scheduling and planning of monthly sales shipment
- Support and Coordinate with the sales team to support customer request and historical sales data.
- Coordinate with the forwarder for both local and oversea shipment. To ensure export shipment compliance.
- Support finance in preparation of project costing for tooling and machine
คุณสมบัติ
คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in any field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Customer care with some experience in logistic
- Commercially minded and outcome oriented
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to influence across a multi-function organization
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Good sense of logic with ability to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Great teammate who can work lead and work along side with the others in the multinational environment without authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good command of English
- Good computer skill, proficient with Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and energetic with sense of urgencyความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษ
