  【Responsibilities】
  - Manage construction activities, primarily mechanical works, at industrial project sites.
  - Coordinate and manage approximately four construction contractors.
  - Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and construction progress.
  - Coordinate with design engineers to resolve technical and site-related issues.
  - Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, instrumentation, civil, and building activities.
  - Review drawings, specifications, construction plans, and contractor submissions.
  - Identify delays and construction issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  - Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  - Support project meetings, progress reporting, inspections, and handover activities.
  - Ensure construction complies with applicable standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
  - Other tasks assigned by managers.
