  • Lead monthly manufacturing cost closing, including product costing, COGM/COGS, cost allocation, and variance analysis.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, cost drivers, profitability, and business performance, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Manage inventory costing and control, including inventory valuation, inventory reconciliation, physical inventory counting, and NRV adjustment.
  • Prepare and present monthly costing, profitability, KPI, and management reports.
  • Support internal and external audits related to costing, inventory, valuation, and manufacturing costs.
  • Coordinate with Production, Sales, Accounting, Procurement, and other related departments to resolve costing, inventory, and system issues.
  • Monitor and improve costing processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and review the Costing team to ensure accurate and timely completion of key activities.
