仕事内容
-Handle daily office administration and coordination matters.
-Support document filing, record keeping, office supplies, and general office arrangements.
-Coordinate with internal team members, vendors, building management, and external service providers.
-Assist with basic HR and administrative tasks, such as attendance records, onboarding support, and staff coordination.
-Support communication between the Thailand office and regional colleagues when needed.
-Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management.

応募条件
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
-Prior experience in office administration, HR admin, project admin, or general coordination is preferred.
-Experience in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) industrial or related field
-Well-organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow up on tasks independently.
-Good communication skills and service mindset.
-Able to use Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
-Required upper-intermidiate - Intermidiate English level (must)英語
