仕事内容
- Oversee management and deployment policies for HRM, HRD, GA, and ER, including supervision of the HR team's performance.
- Manage and review payroll, compensation, benefits, and employee relations to ensure fairness and compliance (Payroll, Welfare & Employee Relations Management).
- Manage the employee performance evaluation and performance management systems.
- Manage company training and development plans to align with the Department of Skill Development (DSD) and company requirements.
- Manage company activities and handle labor union matters and relevant regulations (HR Law Management).
- Manage company facility and workplace operations to ensure efficiency, safety, occupational health, and legal compliance.
- Assist and support Top Management in any final considerations related to employee issues.
- Ensure employee compliance with the Code of Conduct from headquarters.

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Business-level English. TOEIC score at least 600
- At least 5 years in management with a proven record
- At least 10 years of experience in HR and GA
[Advantage]
- At least 15 years of HR & GA experience in manufacturing英語
