  The Legal Director will lead the Legal team, ensuring that it operates within the boundaries of the law while maintaining its business objectives. The role involves providing strategic legal guidance, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing legal risks, and supporting the company in complex legal matters related to the insurance industry.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Develop and implement the company’s legal strategies to align with business objectives.
  - Provide counsel to the board, executive team, and key stakeholders on legal matters.
  - Monitor and ensure adherence to industry regulations and corporate governance.
  - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policies.
  - Ensure legal documentation aligns with corporate goals and mitigates potential risks.
  - Manage and resolve legal disputes, including litigation and arbitration.
  - Liaise with external counsel to oversee legal proceedings when necessary.
  - Collaborate with regulatory authorities, legal advisors, and industry groups.
  - Represent the company in legal and regulatory forums.
  - Lead, mentor, and develop the Legal team.
