    ・ Develop digital tools / applications to support warehouse and logistics operations
    ・Assist in system integration between WMS, ERP, and other platforms
    ・Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational monitoring
    ・Write automation scripts / programs to improve workflow efficiency
    ・Analyze data and support data-driven decision making
    ・Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and regional/global teams
    ・Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations in English
    ・Participate in meetings and communicate project updates in English
    ・Support digital transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives

求めている人材

  • 応募条件

    [Must]
    - Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT, Data Science, Software Engineer or related fields.
    - Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and/or JavaScript
    - Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
    - Understanding of API, database, and system integration concepts
    - Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic warehouse/logistics environment
    - Business level in English

    [Advantage]
    - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    - Basic knowledge of AI / Machine Learning
